Back of Bottle Shipping Policy [US] 

 

Please read this shipping policy carefully before submitting your order. 

At Back Of Bottle™, we pride ourselves on service and understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders that are placed before 2PM CST are guaranteed to be shipped the next day. This offer is only available for orders placed on weekdays. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we’ll process it on the next available business day.  

To ensure your order is processed as soon as possible, please ensure that accurate shipping information is provided.  During peak sale periods, processing and handling time may be extended. The shipping policy below is applicable to all sales made directly via our website.

All orders under $75 with will be charged $15 for shipping** 

 
Express  

Delivery time 2-3 business days* 

Cost rate is $25.

Due to shipping guidelines, the following products are not eligible for express shipping:

  • Grip & Grace Texture Spray

Delivery 

Shipping windows are estimates, and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote areas. When ordering, a phone number is required for the destination shipping address so our carriers can contact the recipient if required. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Packages will be left without a signature and, once delivered, will be considered received.  Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to change the shipping address. BACK OF BOTTLE ™ will not be liable for loss of any package(s) for acknowledgement was not obtained in accordance with customer’s instructions to the carrier. 

 
Tracking Your Order 

We will send updates regarding the status of your order to the email address provided at the time your order is submitted. 

Lost or Missing Orders 

If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate your package: 

  • Look around the delivery location 
  • Check for attempted delivery notices  
  • Contact courier directly for further assistance 

 
Restrictions 

 
Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products, such as hair sprays are considered hazardous materials by transportation and must be shipped using Standard Ground shipping.
